Meon Springs, Hampshire and Mr J.R. Hartley

Hi folks,

I am going to take you back to bank holiday and our trip away. Whilst traveling home that Monday a bit sad that the weekend and our anniversary was almost over we stopped at a place called West Meon.and saw a sign for a fly fishing lake. Well lets investigate so after 20 minutes on a single carriage road, winding this way and that we came across the place.

The owner greeted us and there was no objections to us looking around and photographing the place.

Nice setting and so quiet you could only hear the reels whirring as they cast their rods.

Looking down the lake.

This chap had some luck as we passed by on the other side.

Gotcher, he cried as the landing net went under him.

What a lovely spot we found, very tranquil and peaceful.

Oh well time to shove off for dinner and home after a busy weekend.

Thanks for dropping by.

nite nite, luv Mike XX
