Ride on a bus to Ryde

Hi folks,
nice day again on the Island so a trip into Ryde and a look around The Bus and Coach Museum. Loads of buses to view here is just a quick look.

Followed by a nice cupper and a walk to the front.

Hovercraft came in as we arrived.

Followed by Johns favorite train on the Pier

Walking up Union street with magic architecture high up in the blue sky.

Back in the bus to Brading a quaint town with a lovely church that we had to photograph.

Only time for one in the church which was wonderful with it's light streaming through the stain glass window below.

Lots more to show but bandwidth is at a premium, Just a snapshot of today, hope you like it.

  2. Thanks so much for the comment Ken, it is such a shame that more cant be bothered. I enjoy the blog but sometimes I wonder why I do it. It cost about £2.50 each time I post one if I am away from the internet at home.
Black Gang Chine, we will have go and check that place out and report back. We had our honeymoon in Sandown 49 years ago. There you have given me a place to go.
Thanks again for the comment you don't know how much I appreciate it. Love to Heather and Laura.
