after the raft race and a short car ride we checked out the sea and coast line.
We were not that far from Hastings but on a Sunday for us it was a no go with all the weekend crowds.
At one stage the clouds looked quite threatening so I thought I would get a bit arty and catch this couple looking out to sea with the clouds looming.
The rain clouds passed and looking towards the west it was brightening up. This coastguard station was perched on the edge of the cliff with a microwave dish pointing towards Dungerness.
This chap was in the next field and talking to a local they seem to be getting quite common in Kent and Sussex due to the quality of there milk.
Sue the wife commented that they did not have so many flies as the Kent ones.
Gis a light mister. (this one tickled my fancy with a bit of straw hanging from his mouth)
On the way from Fairlight we stopped on the top of the downs.
Playing around with a Panoramic mode on a point and shoot, 5 shots which the camera put together, clever or what.
We hope you liked our trip to East Sussex.
