Godinton Gardens, Unusual Sculptures

Hi again folks,

to continue with this wonderful place with all its' quirky artwork type sculptures.

In the first blog this chap was shown in the garden in the lawn, he is solely made of  bottle tops on to a metal frame.

I love Clematis and this coupled with the sculpture adds to the scene with Pan in the garden behind.

Across the lawn was this made of individual small pieces of square glass reflecting the sunlight.

Remember the pond with the legs, well this is a view of them from another angle looking towards the house.

Another sculpture wired into the hedge showing a feature of the outside of the house with the shape of gables cut into it.

The objects were placed everywhere adding to the effect of these beautiful gardens.

This was a polished stainless steel cut out which cleverly reflects the ground giving it  ghost like appearance. I photographed it against the tree and in the shade to make it stand out more.

Only a seat but how it stands out with the leaf as a back.

Very simple designs in glass which stand out against the green backdrop.

Finally as Dragonfly made out of stainless steel placed in a natural part of the garden.

Hope you enjoyed them as much as we did.

Thanks for dropping by.

nite nite, luv Mike XX
