Richborough Fort

Hi folks,

continuing our jaunt to the South East Coast on Sunday we arrived at the ruined fort .

Lovely sunny weather but bitterly cold wind.

The fortified ditch system which surrounded the Roman fort

North west wall.

This last one tickled me as it looks like a ship with the towers of the power station as the funnels and the Windmill portraying the propeller.
