Eynsford Weir

Hi folks,

To finish off yesterdays story......

We were getting towards the end of our fantastic day out. This is the weir in which Mrs Mallard had all the trouble yesterday.

Walking up into the town to this Church, now a little test,................. spot the Daisy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is Mrs Mallard after her ordeal, her ducklings are just out of shot, safe and sound.

Back along the river bank I spotted these.

To end with a Teal on the move, this time of year they have fantastic colours around the head.

We had a lovely day at Eynesford and the weather was kind to us.

Well thanks for looking.

nite nite, luv Mike XX

    1. Just goggled it for something to do, today's seems to be Spanish as it has a thick stalk with the flowers on one side.

Yesterdays seems English as the stalk is thinner and the flowers droop around the sides.

So as they say you are never to old to learn. Did you know about the Bluebells or were you testing me?

  4. I have just noticed that I am there as well! By the sweet shop sign, Daisy is going past the Walls Ice Cream litter bin! The birds were very used to people and were lovely to see.
