Well with the tea pots over it was time to get outside in the sunshine, just to think two hours before it was tipping it down with rain.
Outside in beautiful sunshine we looked across to the Anchor where we stopped off for our lunch, very nice it was too.
As we walked back over the weir I noticed something sticking out of one of the arches..........
It was a Canoe, this chap was trying to get further upstream but he soon gave up.
This lot seemed to be in a traffic jam if that's the right word with Canoes going in all directions.
Well it was time to make a move for home after a very enjoyable day with lots of interesting things to look at. I hope you enjoyed our Sunday out on the river. Sue, Margaret and I did.

This take me back to the 70's when I used that pub as a local. It really was a drive and a drink, Well done Mike. Good memories for me.
